King Saud University has established the research chairs a qualitative leap towards excellence and creativity at the regional and global levels. The research chairs come in line with the great support enjoyed by higher education in general and scientific research in particular by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince, may God preserve them.
In addition to its objectives of activating the role of the university in transforming the Kingdom into a knowledge society and achieving sustainable development, the research chairs seek to complete the scientific research system and elevate it to the ranks of international systems and strengthen the university's partnership with the world's prestigious universities. The establishment of a research partnership with distinguished professors in prestigious universities such as the University of Turku Finn and the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom, the National University of Singapore and the University of Hong Kong of China as well as its partnership with Saudi universities and private colleges and resulted in the publication of scientific research in the magazine As well as scientific studies to obtain new innovations in the field of dentistry.
The Chair also expanded cooperation in the Kingdom with related institutions to coordinate cooperation efforts in the field of dental services in the Saudi market, such as cooperation with the General Authority for Food and Drug Administration and the Saudi Organization for Standardization and Metrology.
